Psychosis is a mental health condition characterized by a disconnection from reality. It can manifest in various ways, including hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thinking. Individuals experiencing psychosis may have difficulty distinguishing between what is real and what is not.
Common symptoms of psychosis include hearing voices, seeing things that aren't there, and holding false beliefs that are not based in reality. I was professionally diagnosed with psychosis by a qualified mental health professional after a thorough evaluation of my symptoms and experiences.
I'm only 15, and I've already basically lost control over the rest of my life. I'm writing this before I spiral into a stage of psychosis where I can't even write this. I have to get this out before I lose the ability to do so.

I'm constantly derealizing, hallucinating, and experiencing a sense of detachment from my surroundings. It's hard to tell what's real from what's fake. I don't know how much longer I can necessarily fight my own brain.
